As the only Thai restaurant in the world with a unique Glatt Kosher concept, we share our culinary delights with the Jewish community worldwide. Since our establishment in 2012, we've been dedicated to serving excellent kosher meals and are grateful for the community's support.

Our story is intertwined with Thailand's rich culinary heritage. Our founder, a native of Thailand, hails from a family with a prestigious legacy. Her ancestors were chefs in Thailand's Royal Kitchen, creating delightful dishes for the king. These recipes, passed down from her great-grandmother, originally graced the tables of the king and the royal family. When her family moved to the United States, they opened the first Thai restaurant in Los Angeles on Hollywood Blvd in the 60s.

Today, as the founder of Thai Kosher Kitchen, our team ensures that the authenticity of tastes and recipes remains a treasure in every dish we serve. Our meticulous cooking methods have made us well-known in the kosher dining community, honoring culinary traditions cherished for generations.
